We needed that win!
Grab a win next week and the we go into the second half of the
season with 8 wins and 5 losses.
First half was a bit dire from us, we just looked like we had no
confidence and made many silly errors. Quite hard to watch at
times.
Then the second half came and I thought it was far more
entertaining. We pulled it together and mucked in to score a
good win against a good Chester side. Still made some silly
errors.
You can see the quality in the squad, some lads out there are
very young and lack a bit of experience but you can see how if
we stick together they can become a strong balanced side. Big
pack, fast backs and a mixture of experience and youth!
We will get there in the end. I thought the lads showed some
grit today. We could have folded but they stuck at it and got
the result.
Well done boys!
Rest up and go again next week!
