       Won 6 Lost 5 - Mid table
We definitely need a new coach. I can't see us improving
performances without one but with our turnover of coaches over
the last 5 or so seasons I'm not sure how attractive of a job it
       is.
Baz came so highly recommended so its very strange for it not to
work out for him after 10 games.
Hope we can turn this year around and go on a bit of a run
towards the end of the season to build for next year.

Things not going as well has we expected, but we carry on.
It's still our Club / Team, Win or Lose. I can't put my finger
on why the sudden drop in the last two games.
After our Away loss at Sedgley we had a run of 6 games coming up
that I thought that we Should Win, we beat Huddersfield and
Sheffield, a good start, then it was Sheffield Tigers. I've
watched our Lads lose games, it happens, but this loss got to
me, I stood in the Shed and watched the Lads put in some good
play and passing moves, but they never really lifted themselves
       above Mediocre. WHY ?
I wasn't at the Otley game so can't comment, but from comments
made we didn't deserve to Win.
Home to Chester on Saturday, this is a Must Win game to lift
the Lads confidence and I suppose Ours as well. After this Win
we'll beat Preston. By the time Ionians come to the Lane on Dec
17th hopefully the Lads will be in a better place and ready to
avenge the Away loss to them.
The Club have received interest from people wanting to be
interviewed for the Head Coaches position.

I agree Winger and thiink we need a lift to regain confidence. I
don't think we have been quute ourselves the last two games, not
sure why, but this is Rotherham and we will go again Saturday.
So let's all get behind them and shout them in Saturday.
       Encouraging news about the coach.

Interesting game. On the face of it, 4 tries all away against a
team above us in the table seems OK. But it didn't feel like it.
Their pack looked bigger than ours and definitely out mauled us.
We gave away too many penalties again. But we could have won it.
Lloyd Hayes interception - ran 80 yards to be brought down
within a couple of metres of the line? As someone else
mentioned, some of the officiating was 'unusual'. Clear
obstruction led to their first try.
I also had an experience I have not previously encountered at a
rugby match: the touch judge (the taller, white haired one) was
in front of me. Someone to my right pointed out that an Otley
player had been lying in the wrong side of a ruck. The touch
judge shouted at him, "Too much beer. And no brain. Shut your
mouth." I politely asked him, " So aren't spectators allowed to
shout?" He stopped , thought about it and shouted, "No." My
overall impression was not one of professional, even-handed
       officiating.
