- Donators should be able to recharge spec every 2.5 mins it
would make it another benefit for donating so its more money for
you and more benefits for them.
- A ::placebounty system, the way it works is example:
::placebounty skilled 268, it takes the pkp out of the pkp you
have, if you have insufficient pkp it won't take any, and if you
kill the guy with the pkp on him you get the pkp, also make it
so you can't place a bounty for 0 pkp on someone.
- Add armadyl crossbow, I don't see many people pking with range
anymore, saddens me, make the weapon for 750 pkp in the pkp shop
it could spike up range pking and could add a new 07 item to
this server.

theres already a donor area to recharge spec every 120 seconds

im trying to get skilled to set up a bounty system, similiar to
what you're saying, but we cant rob the new guys for their pkp
:p so we gonna brainstorm more on that.
adding arma cbow, or staff of the dead we would need a new
updated client. and those items only exist of a few 317 servers,
and those servers already have them coded. i guess we throw our
ideas to skilled and he can figure it out :) thanks for helpin
me with ideas m8
