Smite whip

THIS might seem kinda werid but i want to have a new custom whip
that has decent stats, but it has a special attack where you can
smite someone prayer for a short period of time? like a custom
whip.

think about it this way though if we have the (toga whip) its
gonna be not so op if you have it as a reg whip tho and this
could be useful for multipking and other pking. the spec could
be 100%. and it doesnt evem have to be in shops. could be a
donation whip.

Monv that sounds interesting, Back on my old server there was a
whip called 'white whip' but the street name was called korasi
whip. It used 100% spec attack; could hit through prayer (melee
prot etc)
