Can't help If He Can't Help i Will Take Matters Into My Own
Hands
If you see someone farming, what will you do? - Immediately Jail
Them And Let higher Ranks Deal With Them
If you see a duper, what will you do? -Ban Them And Contact
Skilled/Higher Ranked Staff Members.
