RUN flats to regular tires.. and no room for a spare tire.. cars

Hello, I guess this question is for people with cars that have
OEM runflats due to lack of space... I just went from my OEM
runflat tires to Nitto Motivio 205/45/17 and the ride is 10X
better...
but, my car never came with a spare...not on my model MCS
...no room!! so what do ya'll do when you get a flat tire? ....
call AAA? carry a spare in the back seat? or use that green
stuff in a can? I've heard not to use that green spray can with
Tires that have direct TPMS?

NEVER use tire slime if you care about your wheels. :-\ that
will ruin them hard.

What's a spare tire? Oh yeah dead weight...we live in an age of
cell phone. Unless its a road trip friends are always near by.
