lowering springs or coilover's?

Hey im gonna get new springs and shocks for my crx but im
wondering whats better springs or adjustable coilovers. someone
let me know

Depends, if you plan on doing anything like autoX or racing of
any sort get coils. If you just want the looks with a slight bit
more sportiness get springs.

Yep, Coils FTW. More $$$ but much more worth it. Unless its just
the "look" factor, then springs.
