What car is it that you can make into an evo v? The mirage or
the galant? I'm still considering a mk3 supra or a b13 Sentra.
But the gf loves lancers and evos so the happy medium between us
would be an evo IV, V, or VI. I've read you can convert either
the galant or mirage into an evo v but I don't know which or
how. Any ideas?

You can swap the 4G63 into a mirage, and into the older Galants.
You can also pick up a Galant GSX and convert it into a Galant
VR4 with the right doner car. Helped a buddy do that back in
MO.

Correct. The drivetrains in Evo's are a lot more sophisticated
and rather difficult to mimic from other cars that may share a
"similar" quality. Just get an Evo or an 09+ Ralliart

Yes you can drop in the 4G from the earlier evo's on a mirage.
No the rear end is not bolt on, but with a few modifications can
be done. And most importantly from owning a 2 door DE you need
the 4 door version of the mirage or custom make a driveshaft.

Just buy an evo, unless you have a serious load of spare cash
ready for this extremely extensive project. As well as something
else to drive for a few months.

a rally art would be best if you cant get an evo they are very
different as the evo has a lower ride hight, and a duel clutch,
suspension,and a big horsepower difference
