I put new wheels on her awhile ago, but that's old news. She's
getting a nice bath right now. Nature is the perfect co-exister.
She showers my car, heats my tires, and sometimes blows cold air
through the turbo. :D

cleaned the engine bay while the motor is out.
picked up my new radiator...ARP head studs on the way.

Bought the exhaust hangers to fix my ghetto ass looking exhaust,
about to take it out to get an oil change. Still wondering if
it'll get in a wreck with damage more than 4k so I can just dump
it for another car.

If you ever dump it for 4k let me know so I can get it. A 350
would make decent resale rally vehicle.
Motor going back together....needs to be running by Friday.

Most offers I've gotten on it have been at the 7k range, so I
figure 4k in damage would be enough for the insurance company to
say its totaled. GAP will cover the difference in cost, then
I'll go get an M3 and call it a day. Oh, I also got new tires
for it. Not on my own free will, though.

I'm surprised, only 7k? What year is it? I thought it would hold
its value better than that....
Found out today my head is bowed in the middle .012 in....three
times the limit. That and burnt coolant stains on the cylinder
wall indicate it has had a history of a blown HG probably by the
guy who sold it to me....that shady SOB. Going to get my s14
head and get a Cometic MLS HG for it. I wont make the next event
and maybe not the one after. TSTC is kicking me out of the bays
on fridays and saturdays of February....the days I get the most
work done. lol
Do it right or do it twice....

2006. 60k miles. Pretty decent condition considering it is a
six year old car. What you have to take into account is how
dealerships make offers on cars. They'll probably get 9-10k for
it at auction, and they aren't going to pay more than they can
get at auction for it unless they have a strong demand for it,
and really there isn't much demand for the 350Z. It isn't
*that* great of the car, and you have to consider when buying
them used what else you can get in the price range for one used.
