You need to do an engine swap or something. But at least you
were in a safe place

I did manage to get it to 133mph, (bounced off the rev limiter a
few times in 5th gear) I dont think the Miata needs an engine
swap Maybe just FI . once you get above 110 it starts to get
extremely light in the front. This trip to bonneville has put
me in a predicament. I was going to buy a wrangler in the spring
to replace the one I sold 2 years ago. But now Im considering
FI on the Miata and a rear wing and front splitter new
wheels that are wider and some stickier tires
