That pissed me off when people do that, but who has the right of
way? The person getting in, or the one the lane already?

I hate to say it but the yield sign is always facing the ramp
that is entering the freeway. That is why so many idiots slow
down to 20 miles an hour when trying to get on the freeway.
Unlike Cali where you get on the freeway doing the same speed as
the people already on there or you dont get on, Texas people
dont understand this.

We don't have yield signs upon entering ramp but there is a
yield sign for the access road where cars must yield to cars
getting off ramp.
Whenever a person goes on the on ramp, they are given enough
time to get up to speed and merge especially when it merges into
one of the 2 lane highway.
In my situation, in a two lane highway - traffic is staying in
the right lane with the left lane free. I had time to get up to
highway speed, this truck didn't move over to the left lane.
There's traffic so there's no room for me to merge behind him or
in front of him. When this happens, most people move to the
left lane allow people to merge into 2 lane highway.

Oh ok. Yea then he just didnt have any common curtousy. I know
that 35 has yield signs on most entrance ramps but it is mostly
3 lanes or more through Dallas fortwoth. I do not really drive
2 lane highways.

I've never really paid attention to the yield signs, but I
always go to the left lane to let people in the highway, and
when I join, I try to go faster than the people in the highway
so i dont have any problems
