well when since u really cant go faster than 75 in the highway
without getting pulled over, i would do cosmetic first

I mean, depends really, its all in your opinion. What do you not
like about your car. Is it "its not low enough, or doesnt sound
mean" or is it " Man a kit would be nice" then go from there!

Jusf be careful. A nicely cosmetic car with no performance modds
is like a car coming from pimp my ride. Some look pretty kool
but the car doesn't go anywhere kinda thing.

Theres no way I can turbo my car or anything that will see an
increase of performance while I live with my parents. So I guess
cosmetic? I've tinted, stereo'd and was trying for a paint job
as well but that didn't work out. I wouldn't mind a subtle
spoiler or decent wheels, buts its whatever.

My parents pretty strict on that. They'd ask why I needed more
horsepower/faster car...I can't tell them for going the speed
limit.

Don't forget the money, I wouldn't do it stupid. I would need to
add suspension or at least more brakes.
