My name is Jared and I am in the Army, at Fort Hood, driving a
2010 Lancer ES looking to upgrade it, living in Harker Heights,
could really use some help with parts and what will and wont
work and what to upgrade so hit me up

Lol okay, well either or CAI or SRI you will feel minimal gains.
I have the K&N. Its pricey but sounds amazing and looks great.
You can do many things for exhaust.
You want sound or gains?
Sound you can do the Greddy or HKS or Tsudo.
Injen has a header back (Not including header) for around 900.
Im running on OBX Headers with cusoton piping a highflow cat and
HKS muffler for around 900. I did this because I wanted
everything done a certain way. I feel alot with this. Dont let
anyone fool you though. Heres the HP gains on any mod for our
lancers.
Basics
Exhaust axel back - 1,2hp
Cat back- 5hp
Full exhaust- Maybe 10hp
Intake- 6hp
Tune- Maybe 10hp
As you can see its all very minimal. These are just averages
they can be higher so dont let your hopes down lol.
Anything else just ask.

I have a CAI im going to get but Im kinda of speculative on the
exhaust, I can afford a full exhaust but Im just having problems
finding one that will fit and sound good but at the same time
offering the horsies im looking for

Which one? And you can make any exhaust fit I.E. What muffler
you want and custom piping! The sky is your limit! Which sucks
because that saying is basically like " But you are all to
stupid to reach space" lmao

If you want to get loud yet net small gains you can go with just
the list above. You're on a N/A motor so you can't expect huge
power. If you want to net serious, yet safe gains, find a used
ralliart turbo setup. If you wanna blow your sh!t up, get a
twin scroll Evo X turbo. If you put all the parts on your N/A
setup, you'll net 20fwhp. Run it on a turbo and your looking at
70fwhp, maybe more.
Most likely your going to have to upgrade your fly wheel/clutch
to handle the power. You'll probably also wanna get some Evo
X/Ralliart Camshafts.
Also if you go turbo, you'll need to run wider rims and stronger
tires.
