       Definition: "Civs" aka Civilized are mutants considered still

       Mutant Class: "Roamers":
       Definition: Roamers are mutants that cannot form memories. Their
       rapid regression has caused their features to "melt" and signs
       of scar tissue on the skin. They are called roamers because they
       mostly spend their time roaming for food and are peaceful unless
       disturbed. Bounty Hunters sometimes kill, sometimes bring them
       back for power generation

       Mutant Class: "Screecher":
       Definition: Screechers are extremely sensitive to noise and are
       known for being heard a mile away. At the slightest disturbance
       they emit a high pitch sound. They retain some short term memory
       but cannot recollect their distance passed. Therefore they
       cannot speak and communicate quite primitively. They tend to be
       ritualistic, satanistic and "crazy" by nature. Highly
       unpredictable. Bounty Hunters usually kill them on sight by
       decapitating them

       Mutant Class: "Berserker":
       Definition: Berserkers are the arm and fists among mutants.
       Taking on an almost orc like appearance they retain most of
       their memory but have a very short attention span, low
       intelligence and extremely temperamental. Their bounty is
       highest as a single Berserker can supply a small town with
       power. However, they are the most difficult to capture because
       of their brute strength and size, approximately twice the size
       of an average man.
