       Attributes:
       -  The last known Militia remnants of pre-apocalypse human
       civilization
       -  Can only be hunter if also Cyborg (Because of strength and
       radioactive environemnts where hunting takes place)
       -  Forces for City/Civilization defense, and Hunting Mutants
       Bounty Hunters, also known as Hunters, Specs or Tredders, are
       the post-earth remaining Militia. They usually travel in groups
       of 2 to 4, rarely more and only in very specific instances
       alone. Due to the harsh weather conditions and general strength
       of Mutants (Mostly Berserkers), unless they have a Cyborg Pet
       companion they do not hunt alone. Their primary job is to Hunt
       Mutants and return them to Encampments for bounty (food, board,
       weapons). Civs and Berserkers fetch the highest price as they
       are the most lucid and useable remnants of the Mutants.
       Screechers are killed on sight and Roamers are sometimes
       returned as conduits of electricity, but only if the effort is
       worth their headprice.
