Very tricky race and not one I'm confident about at all, with
the change of going and some very lightly raced horses.
Libeccio isn't one to trust and could as easily throw in a 88
run rather than a 127 as rated. The obvious one's are Sebastian
Beach who ran behind two very good lucking horses last time -
and Eddiemaurice who would be a lot shorter if it had fancy
connections. He would be my selection.

Of those that have run, Draco's Code is the clear pick. Not a
very high level but much the best. A decent newcomer would give
       it a good race.

Tanerko Emery's rating carries with it a lot of faith, his
rating was produced over a year ago and his return from absence
run didn't fill me with confidence that he's back. This leaves
the race wide open for Hawk High to take full advantage. Some
decent runs already on unpreferred soft ground, this faster
surface should be right up his street.

While some of his opposition have plenty of scope for
improvement, Tea For Two is by far the best in this race ratings
wise. The only way I can see this getting beat today is if it
turns into a slow, drawn out tactical battle.

Another small field and potentially another tactical race in
store. Deputy Dan just gets the nod over these. Virak beat
the selection earlier on in the season but that was the first
run of the season and is today 3lbs worse off, added to that
he's coming back off a bad run. Ainsi Fideles is trying 3 miles
for the first time and coming off a long break and could improve
       for the step up.

A cracking race in prospect, very close according to the betting
but I think this is a very good opportunity for Balder Succes,
who has been improving with every run this season, to add to his
       latest win.

Not a very strong event at all, it may be best to go with
consistency rather than the overall rating. The most consistent
is Blhadawa, who ran a great race after having well over a year
off - he's had a decent enough break since that last run and |
don't think the bounce factor will be a problem here. Rialto
Magic is also consistent but his top rating is a figure that is
out of the ordinary from his other ratings - you'd have to be
brave to think he could run to that. Darrell Rivers should be
the main danger to my selection as he ran well for a long time
       after a break.

Irish Saint has the best rating this season but Gods Own hasn't
ran at todays distance since putting up his master rating over
course and distance in this race last year. I feel that these
two should fight this race out. Melodic Rendezvous has yet to
run anywhere near his hurdle rating, which would have him
winning this race quite cosily. I think his price reflects his
hurdle form rather than his form over fences - looks way too
short and should be a lay.
