       1. These forums are only English speaking. Nothing about
       virusses.
       2. Do not hijack someone else's thread unless you are requesting
       help on the same subject
       3. Spamming or abusing any system on thingsforum is never
       allowed and will not be tolerated.
       4. We have certain sections for certain topics. Do not post your
       thread in a forum that has nothing to do with your topic.
       5. If you are having a problem, ask once. If you do not get a
       reply then wait. It may take long to get a reply to your given
       question, please do not make a new topic with the exact same
       question just because no one has replied in your prior thread.
       6. There will be no topics allowed containing or discussing
       illegal content in any of this forums. This includes but is not
       limited to: key stealing, emulated software, warez sites,
       malicious hacking, service attacks and so on.
       7. Ban evasion will not be tolerated. If you have been banned
       and you decide to appeal or come back then too bad we will ban
       you again.
       8. It is forbidden to bypass the forum word filters in any way.
       They have been put in place for a reason. Anyone caught doing
       this will receive a warning.
       9. Insult a staff member= Warning do it twice= ban.
