Day on the lake

Had a Busy week.Absouletly exhausted.I nights lamping mixed in
with the week didn't help.
I had a well deserved day off so basicly told the missus to ****
off,im not painting today.So fly rods out and time to chuck the
fluff about.
Well the day has been very slow,not even a bite I tried all
different types of flys to no avail.
Well last throw of the dice,and tied on a green damsel that
resembled Keith Harris ,Orville the Duck.ZZZZZZip Im

Had another nice take some five mins later.It just snapped my
7lb leader line in a flash.

Plenty to see and do down there.
The lads I'm staying with call me an unsocial able cnt because I
don't go to Jd witherspoons every night for a few beers and pub
grub.
To be honest. I would rather be putting in the miles and
enjoying my country sports lifestyle.

Here's the res that I have been fishing. Taken on my iPhone.
Not editing. Plenty of rabbits and deer about there too. It's
one hell of a place to fish and watch wildlife too.

That sounds a great place, was down the estuary last night till
after 1, trying for a sea trout, never had a touch or heard
anything.
