What a great weekend!! Cuurently my phone says 52. I was able
to take the big girl out to the park and let her ride her bike
around for an hour or so. For the first time this year I was
able to get the "blue bike" (that's what she calls the bike
trailer, her blue bike) out and give her a ride home in that.
I find it hard to believe that U was giving this girl a ride in
the blue bike when I had to strap her car seat in it and tonight
she's singing and talking to me all the way home. It's really
hard to have a discussion when you're biking uphill pulling a
trailer and a 35 or so pound girl in it. I'm really pumped!!

Yesterday the landscape had not a flake of snow now everything
is white as far as the eye can see. I heard reports as much as 5
inches fell over night. It only looks like an inch in my neck of
the woods however, with 20 mph winds from the north it is
impossible to gauge. Unlike most of the snow received this
winter that was powdery, this was almost pure slush. In
       conclusion...YUCK!

My winter jacket very much needs to go to the cleaners but it
       won't happen for awhile.
I have buds on my daffodils. I hope they don't get damaged from
       the cold.

I just pulled a big fat wood tick off of Cherry. I had her
outside on Friday to brush her. I dropped the wood tick
someplace and I can't find it. Is it going to cling on to
someone again even if it is quite full? Is it going to lay eggs
       somewhere now?

Winter to woodticks. They seem to get worse each year

The daffodils are blooming now. Does anyone have crocus? I just
got in from my walk and I see other people have blooming crocus
but mine do not have any sign of flowers.
