       Spring is here??

First bike ride of the year! Only ten miles but I'm happy as
heck I was able to get out. Still a lot of snow, still a lot of
water but it was great. Riding a stationary in the gym is
       nothing like the real thing!

I had all the cats outside for a good brushing. They had very
heavy coats due to the cold weather we had. I let the cat hair
fly into the wind. Does anyone know if birds will make nests
with it or will birds avoid the cat hair because it smells of
       predator?

I'm not sure about that. We put dryer lint in a suet feeder and
they use that for their nests. I'm not sure what else they'll
       use.

I let my cat out and two minutes later I saw her run past the
window with a mouse dangling out of her mouth. What a good
       little hunter!!

She must of had a good cat mom. I heard something on a pet food
website that cats are not good hunters unless their mothers
       teach them.

+3 this morning? 0 tomorrow? Was the warm weather we had
nothing but a cruel joke? My lil girl tried to go for a bike
ride but the wind was too cold.

Spring thaw? I'm still waiting for Indian Summer. It seems
once the cold set it in never did loosen up for that brief
       period of warmth in October.

       Heh.
I was reading an article last night which (tongue in cheek)
suggested that Boomers started global warming on purpose so when
younger generations discover how much their taxes are going up
to pay our Social Security, they can't put us out on ice floes.
       Because there aren't any.
Yes, we thought of everything, lol.
