I only see a total of five times that he is mentioned in CCAP
Three for small claims
I see one for Power Key in 1997
I see one for Mark Motors in 2007
I see one for Riverview Hospital in 2012
Then there is a seat belt ticket violation.
And then one for divorce.
If I have missed something please point it out to me.
Power Key/Brehms Total Fitness was small claims. No figure
recorded.
Mark Motors was small claims for $839. Documents say nothing
about a repo.
Riverview was small claims for $506
I saw nothing that even resembled an eviction.
So Mark Motors hasn't come after him for the $800 now in over 6
years? Did they forgive him, did he return the car, or did he in
fact pay them?
Maybe there was something wrong with the car and there was
dispute about that. A refusal to pay until a problem were taken
care of? How do we know the actual facts?
I also have to wonder about the update thing.
Wood County doesn't have a very good record in the past when it
comes to getting things done right or in a timely manner.
As for the per diem thing.
Again that was in the first run for office.
He ran for a second term and circumstances changed.
"Ever"..... Nit picking
Weak and lame.
Whining
Democrats are coming across as pathetic and desperate.
If they were smart they would stop embarrassing themselves with
they're childish pettiness.
While I was indeed wrong about the father/son identity thing.
Tom comes across as carrying his dad's water for that election
loss.
A case of sore loser syndrome.
He should put on some big boy pants and grow up already. He is
embarrassing himself.

Snickers, I admire your tenacity. If there's a football game
being organized I want you on my team!
But man....you have more excuses than Carter has pills when it's
a republican involved. I can only imagine you'd cut a Liberal
this much slack over something that's pretty straightforward.
:)
Then again you'd also be holding a liberal to the plain meaning
of "ever". But since it's a Republican we're supposed to
ignore what Mr. Krug actually said so as not to be "nit picky"?
Hehehe. Right. As soon as you apply that standard to
something a DEMOCRAT says then does not do....
My first spending cut is promising not to collect one cent of
(legislative) per diem money ever
There just isn't any wiggle room in that statement.
Ever.
Not "until my first term ends". Not "until I change my mind".
Not "until the state budget improves".
That's a broken promise to anyone who isn't trying to cover for
the guy.

Just imagine if we were on the same team. :D
If the liberals insist on nit picking so be it.
They are just making themselves look like fools by using
something as trivial as this
And in reality just how serious is it?
He is entitled to per diem. ... Yes?
He is doing nothing wrong in taking it.... Right?
Circumstances did change to warrant taking it.... Correct?
How many of us out there wouldn't take the per diem? ... Right?
Who really is going to hold that against him?
Answer.... Only people that where never going to vote for him
anyway only because he is a Republican.
I still stand by what I said before.
Father/son sore losers.
An adult { Duncan} acting like a whining child.
Some interesting facts:
6 of the top 10 receiving per diem were Democrats
Number one on the list was a Democrat.
Amy Sue Vruwink took only $264 less then Krug in per diem.

take any per diem funds. Traveling back and forth to Madison
when you live in Rome means you'll be putting out some serious
money for lodging, gas, food, etc. Did he get elected because
of that promise? Who knows. But the fact that he is accepting
those funds now means he's not doing what he said he was going
to do. If he had NEVER said that, he could accept his per diems
and nobody would say a word.

In reality how does his taking the per diem harm anyone?
So he changed his mind and took something he was entitled to the
same as all the rest do.
If taking the per diem helps him to do the job better where is
the harm?
If it helps him be more efficient and productive for his
constituent and the State of Wisconsin.
Then I would think he would be obligated to do it.
His choice in taking the per diem was directly related to the
increased work load and time he now has to spend in Madison for
the benefit of the citizens of Wisconsin.
My real concerns would be how determental to the tax payers it
would be.
I guess I would have to make comparisons.
And my God there are so many Democrats that have broken their
promises.
Where would I start?
Per diem costing $10,500.
Compared to something like a heathcare bill scam law that will
cost the tax payers billions upon billions of dollars and
hunderds of thousands of jobs.
If a politician makes a promise but later on it is found to be a
hindrance to his being able to better serve the people.
Should he still be obligated to keep that promise?
Or is he obligated to do what is best to help him better serve
people?
Which is more important?
Acting on a self imposed principle or doing the best job for
the people?

HTML http://m.channel3000.com/Reality-Check-Who-Collected-Most-Per-Diems-In-2010/8309828
State Rep. Marlin Schneider, D-Wisconsin Rapids, claimed the
most per diems in the Assembly at $13,464 for 135 days.
Schneider lost re-election.
Coming in at second-highest in the Assembly is Horicon
Republican and then-Minority Leader Jeff Fitzgerald, who brought
home $13,024.
Milwaukee Democrat Leon Young is third, working 147 days for
$12,936. in per diems.
Fourth is Kenosha Democrat Peter Barca, at $12,232.
In the fifth spot is Abbotsford Republican Scott Suder, who
brought home $12,144.
Yes, I know the article is old but the point is valid. Who is
the highest user of per diem? Snarlin marlin.

promise. It's that simple.

Then i guess you won't be voting....ever? ;) Most
"politicians" make promises that can not be kept. Look at obama
and his healthcare bs or even Mary burke with her "creating jobs
in Wisconsin" as she sends jobs over seas. At least Krug isn't
getting involved in illegal activities or engaging in shredding
the constitution. If the only gripe is about the per diem, all I
can do is shake my head and laugh at the petty outrage( yeah I
know, pretty strong word for this).

Sorry Linda
But this a trivial issue and a petty complaint.
It's laughable and the Democrats should be embarrassed for
trying to make an issue out of it.

Will the perceived lie end with death? That there is the only
