       More from the whining liberals

I think Duncan needs to start wearing big boy pants.
Krug made that promise in his FIRST campaign. Not his second
       one.
       He broke no promise.
He never said he wouldn't take the per diem in his second term.
And he is entitled to the per diem.
Seems as if Duncan is nothing more then a sore loser.
He lost to Krug in the last election for the 72nd State
       Assembly District.
Someone needs to tell him to knock it off with his little
tantrums, to blow his nose, wipe away those crocodile tears, and
       grow up.
I know people that know this this clown Duncan.
IMO.... He should be the last person to ever be questioning
       anyone else's ethics or character.
The promise not to take per diems was one of the key points in
Krug’s first election campaign, Duncan said. Duncan said he
doesn’t have a problem with people taking per diems, which were
established in the state to help state officials and employees
to better serve residents. Instead, Duncan’s issue is with
       Krug’s changing his campaign promise.
“If he’s so willing to break one of the staple promises he took,
why should we trust him with any promises he’s going to make —
things like education or groundwater?” Duncan asked.
Like I said that promise was made in Krug's campaign for his
FIRST term. And Krug kept that promise.
Krug never made that promise in his campaign for his second
       term.
By his own words it seems as if Duncan is the one that shouldn't
       be trusted.
Duncan couldn't make the cut as a criminal lawyer so now he is
a ambulance chaser. He is also the Chairman for the Wood County
Democrats.... LOL ..... Seems more then fitting. Both are
       bottom feeders.
Duncan just proved to everyone just how big of a whimpering dumb
       a$$ he is.

Krug pay anything on his judgments to area merchants yet?
       Nope, not a single dime.
Looks like he's been sued by everyone from Mark Motors and
Lebakkens to Riverview Hospital because he stiffed them.
How do you feel about being represented by a deadbeat?

his salary of $49,943 per year.

I went on line and checked that out.
I guess you failed to notice the cases were all CLOSED.
In all three cases there was a non military service court
record. It seems to look like He was out of the area on some
kind of official business at the time of these bills came due.
He worked for Wood County and Juneau County.
And all the cases were closed in a very short matter of time
from when they were first filed. Within a few weeks.
Krug does not owe any of them "a dime".
So that would make you incorrect in your accusations about him
       not making things right.
It looks like your barking up the same tree as Duncan. And it's
       the wrong tree.
What does that have to do with Duncan whining and making up
       false stories about Krug?

Alrighty then, one claim at a time:
Closed merely means the legal process has finished. The
judgments are not SATISFIED, meaning they are outstanding and
       unpaid.
The non military service indicator means Krug is not active
duty, thus not protected by the Serviceman's and Sailors Relief
act, which affects collections and judgments.
Closed shortly after they were opened is normal for a Default
judgment, which these are. Either Krug never showed or he had
       no defense.
Everyone makes mistakes here and there. Sometimes circumstances
just happen. Job loss, medical issues. that's understandable.
But these defaults stretch from 1996 to 2012. It wasn't a
momentary lapse or a job loss or an unexpected turn of evens.
It wasn't because he was out of town. It's a 16 year pattern.
       But please, keep defending it.
If this were a liberal politician you'd be having fits about
       irresponsibility, and rightly so.
What's it have to do with Duncan?
Not much, other than if you are going to viciously trash the
ethics and character of a longtime friend, whom you admittedly
know little about other than what you "heard" from "people",
lol ...you might do well to remember the documented skeletons
       haunting he whom you defend.

There were three incident over a 16 year period.
       Wow that's quite a pattern. :D
Sounds more like it was some of that "here and there" that you
       were talking about.
How do you know if these weren't paid or forgiven?
Do you have anything that resembles proof of your accusations
that "judgments are not satisfied" ?
And how would you have access to any of this supposed
information { paid or not paid}?
And if you were to have any kind of access... would you even be
       allowed to mention it?
How do you know if he was or wasn't out of town?
Just how would you know if it wasn't a momentary lapse or a job
loss or an unexpected turn of events or not?
       The facts remain:
       * Duncan lost to Krug in that election.
       * Duncan is now whining about that election.
       * Duncan is wrong about Krug making any kind of promise that
had anything to do per diems in the SECOND election for his
       SECOND term.
And unless Duncan makes a public announcement that he was wrong
in his accusation he is being dishonest.
Also it was Duncan that "viciously" and publicly trashed Krug.
I only posted my OPINION of Duncan on his childish behavior. And
dish out a little of his own medicine.
       And I wasn't defending Krug.
I only pointed out where Duncan was acting like a little brat
by whining about something that wasn't even true.
And it looks like I was right on the money about you and Duncan
barking up that same tree. Him being a longtime friend and all.
       :D ;D
And seeing as your his longtime friend ...why don't you give him
a little advise... like blowing his nose, wiping away those
crocodile tears and growing up. :D Because he sure isn't doing
himself any favors by presenting himself in such an immature
       light.

6 judgments, not three. Including an eviction and a repo.
       None paid.
CCAP says "NO" in the satisfied column. That's how I know they
are unpaid. No divulging secrets necessary.
Had the accounts been settled or forgiven that would satisfy the
judgment and it would be so noted. It's updated daily,
       automatically.

The Journal/Sentinel agrees with the basic claim here. Krug
says his promises "start over" with the second election.
Naturally his opponents say they don't, and call it a broken
       promise.
       Who's right?
What part of "EVER" does not make sense?
"My first spending cut is promising not to collect one cent of
(legislative) per diem money ever," Krug told the Wisconsin
       State Journal in 2010.
