somewhere along the designated route around the house to the
safe spot. Then we all went as a group on that route. We all
would chanted as we went "one o'clock and the ghost ain't here,
two o'clock and the ghost ain't here" and so on till the ghost
jumped out and tried to catch someone. The person caught became
the ghost for the next round. Silly game, but it was suspenseful
and exciting for a small kid.
       > In the winter we had a game called "Fox and goose". Where we
made paths in the snow. A maze. It had dead ends in some of the
path ways. One person was the fox and the rest geese. The fox
chased after the geese until he caught one. and then that person
was the fox. The only rule..

That kind of reminds me of Statue. You need a buyer and some
kids to be statues. The buyer would sing a song and the statues
would dance. Then the buyer would stop singing and the statues
would freeze. Then the buyer goes around and picks the statue
who has the coolest position. Then that person would be a buyer.

I handed a little boy a girl doll and a boy doll. He had them
fight and holler out "I want a divorce!"
