The stupidity that passes for "justice" is sometimes
mind-boggling. In order to prosecute this guy, he has to be
both an adult and a minor at the same time and a predator who
victimized himself.
And they're doing this with a straight face.

Did Judge "Ogre" Mason retire or did he just move to North
Carolina? This sounds like just the kind of case he would throw
the book at in sentencing.

This is just plain stupid. How do you corrupt a minor when the
minor is yourself? So, will every 17 year old who spanks it get
arrested for pedophilia?

Granted I've never met Mason, but offhand he wouldn't be my
first choice for worst judge the county has had. I'm apparently
missing some info here. What did he do to earn everyone's ire?
