       Tracfone

       I use a Tracfone and I am upset with it. I have used it 4 years
       now and I never had a problem with it until last week.
       I have been attempting daily to add minutes to it and I keep
       getting a message saying "system unavailable try back later."
       Wal Mart in both Rapids and Point said they have been
       experiencing issues with them for a couple of months now. I was
       told to do it on line. I think that is because they want attach
       a name to my number. That will not happen. I want to remain an
       anonymous soul. It is no ones business who I am.
       I guess my next step is to call the 1-800 number in the back of
       it, but again I think they want to pry additional information
       from me.

       That's gone on with Tracfone for years, hit or miss.  You
       should be able to add minutes using the automated system at the
       800 number, you don't have to talk to a human.
