Cops invade the wrong house, shoot the dog, the unarmed
homeowner and then each other.
Anyone still want to argue there isn't a training problem?

This definitely sounds like a training issue. Can't say for sure
until we know all the details, but it seems someone was too
quick on the trigger.

For loss of a nail the shoe was lost.
For the loss of the shoe the horse was lost.
For the loss of the horse the battle was lost.
The battle was lost for a nail.
The police had the wrong address and all He11 broke loose. It is
kind strange how often police and other emergency workers end up
being dispatched TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.
