Mr Steve, you'll like this

HTML http://www.slate.com/blogs/the_slatest/2015/08/11/new_hampshire_ballot_selfie_ban_overturned_by_federal_court.html
A federal judge overturned a New Hampshire law banning
so-called “ballot selfies” on Tuesday because it violated
individuals’ right to free speech. The law in question went into
effect in Sept. 2014 and made it illegal for voters to share an
image of a marked ballot on social media with a fine of up to
$1,000 as punishment.
Since this is a federal judge, the ruling also applies in
Wisconsin.

Break one law, whats a few more; right Linda? A day will come
when you will say, " SHIT! We could have prevented this from
happening if the junior emperor was charged!"

Don't get me wrong...I'm not a fan of his. But I thought this
was a silly law...

It just wasn't going to happen, Steve. It makes no difference
who it was...nobody would enforce that law.

I keep hearing about unnecessary and pointless government
regulations. This was one. Glad a federal judge finally had
some common sense.

No court or prosecutor has found a single instance of that
actually happening based on a social media post.
So yeah, I've "heard of it" but only in the hypothetical world.
A hypothetical issue does not meet the balancing test when
restricting free speech.

With the voters of today being sheeple, a simple post like that
could sway their vote. The junior emperor posted his pic right
after polls opening. Oh and lets NOT forget that he had his
phone in camera mode through the whole voting process. Even a
poll worker( a democrat!!!!!!) was quite upset about it but
FEARED retaliatory actions.
