       Have you seen the reforms the Kalamazoo MI PD has implemented?
       They have adopted the attitude they are a service organzation-
       "Look for every opportunity".
       They've been carrying groceries, fixing doors for robbery
       victims, driving people places when they have emergencies- and
       the response has  been unexpectedly positive, even from the
       criminals.
