I'm hoping she is held to the same standard as everyone else
but I'm not holding my breath.
       [/quote]
Held to exactly which standard? The one Petraeus was held to?
Or the one Oliver North was held to?
The one you or I would be held to but NO government official
       ever is?
Maybe they should just pull a Bush and shop out legal opinions
justifying their behavior, firing the dissenters?
Or maybe a Nixon "it isn't illegal when the president does it".
Our "justice" system puts Martha Stewart in federal prison, but
can't find a single soul to prosecute over the mortgage and
       banking fiasco. >:(
We probably need another government agency to keep track of
what's legal and what's not, and for who. The Bureau of
Judicial Hypocrisy. Has a nice ring, no?
BTW in testimony last week the ATF stated they were "not a
government agency", therefore not subject to FOIA requests.
That would be "perjury" if you or I did it. The judge didn't
       blink an eye.
I give up. I really do. I hope some day someone fixes our
justice system and starts putting the screws to corrupt, lying
politicians, but I'm not seeing it in my lifetime.

I personally think she should have known better. She was
Secretary of State, for Pete's sake.

       Now you get it? ???
What is it about politics that attracts people with the mindset
IN SPITE OF THE FACT THAT I HAVE NO REASON TO DO SO I CAN DO
THINGS THAT NO ONE ELSE COULD GET AWAY WITH BECAUSE I WILL NEVER
GET CAUGHT AND IF I DO GET CAUGHT NO ONE WILL EVER HOLD ME
ACCOUNTABLE! In the end these statements prove to be untrue,
although the consequences are far less than they should be. Just
once I would like the media to ask that question, no need for a
politician to answer just the look on their faces would be
       priceless! ;)

Until they found classified information, I didn't see a problem
with her using her server for correspondence. But the minute
       there's classified info, it's a problem.

Her server was scrubbed clean. There is only one reason it was
scrubbed. She had stuff to hide. Serious stuff.
They need to start hauling people in. Arrest need to be made.
       People will start singing then.
I am going to make a prediction...Biden will enter the race and
he will then get the Democrat nomination. The Democrat Party
will wash their hands of Hilary.
Hilary is in deep doo doo. And she knows it. She is getting
desperate and that is usually the undoing of people.
What the heck was she thinking? Turning over a wiped clean
       server.

Lol. You're only about 30 years too late. We should have hauled
in Nixon instead of pardoning him. Reagan over Iran Contra.
       Bush, Cheney and Ashcroft. Obama.
Instead we've made it clear that prosecution isn't a legal
matter but a political one, to be only used against one's
opponents. Thus nobody trusts the system anymore even when it
       does act.
It's literally going to take a massive purging of our political
system to put things right again.

Snickers! How many times do I have to tell you...there's NO WAY
       to completely scrub a server!
And besides....if it was "scrubbed clean," how did they find the
       classified information?

Those top secret and classified emails were found from only 40
e-mails that were examined. So of the 40 e mails of over 30,000
emails. 4 were classified and 2 of those contained top secret
       information.
       4 of 40 of the 30,000.
Those 30,000 e-mails are the ones Hilary turned over long ago.
The news articles from today state that her server that she
finally turned over was blank. Completely empty.
Why would some one wipe clean a server that was ordered to be
       turned in?
From what I saw on the news. You can repeatedly enter and
remove information over and over enough times so that the first
information can no longer be read. It was described as like
erasing a black board and writing over it and repeating that
process many times. So finally the original information can no
       longer be made out.

Hilary should be charged with the same crime that Gen Petraeus
       was.
And then she should also be charged for her cover up of the
crime. And that's the most serious crime.
       Hillary should get prison time.

       He is.
Pushing for war against a people who have done nothing to you
(Iraq) you is criminal. Particularly when corporations you have
personal ties to profit from it.
We should have gone after the Saudis if we're going to pick a
country to attack. That's where the hijackers and their funding
came from. The women there might actually greet us as
       liberators.
Bush and Ashcroft are criminals with their constitutional
       violations, as is Obama.
