Well made it thru another 4th. All fingers in tact and no fights
with the in-laws. Overall a pretty good couple of days.
Thanks again TS for reviving this forum.

I laid low this last weekend. Working around the house. Have
remodeling project I spent time on. And I reorganized my
garage.
My son and his family will be in town this coming weekend. They
have a wedding. So I will spend some time with them. Plus my
dog and I will also be busy dog sitting for their little four
legged one.

I got by with just a couple of burnt fingers lighting fireworks.
Otherwise, a good time was had by all.

It was a great weekend. Harassed a reporter at the fireworks
show, saw people I haven't seen in years and just enjoyable.

I had another awesome 4th of July on the farm with my Godfather
and his family. Then we watched the fireworks on the Grand
Avenue Bridge. This is our one special day we spend together a
year. He really liked when they played the song America the
Beautiful by Ray Charles.

spent the 4th relaxing at Dexterville county park with
family/friends--ate some crappies & brats, drank some cheap beer
and when the skeeters came out went back to town--listened to
the booming fireworks from a distance
