We now know who Jihadi John is

It seems he's a well educated man who comes from a family who is
financially well off. That kind of puts a dent into the theory
of your typical jihadist being poor and unemployed looking for
someone to kill.

In each beheading video, he is dressed entirely in black, a
balaclava covering all but his eyes and the ridge of his nose.
He wears a holster under his left arm.
Hostages gave him the name John as he and other Britons had been
nicknamed the Beatles, another was dubbed George.[/quote]

Bin Laden was also from a well to do family, but they sell their
brand of disenfranchisement and hate to the lower classes who
feel disenfranchised and need someone to hate.
On a related note, I bet if we make Iraq a right-to-work state
the jobs will come flooding in. :)

Nah I heard union membership in Iraq was at an all time low.

I don't know what JJ's deal is. I really don't know what Bin
Laden's beef with the West was either. I'm not sure it really
matters. These are the modern-day Hitlers, able to convince
people with economic and other problems their sad lots in life
are all due to <insert target group here>
