Michael Moore steps in it again

Speaking out against the movie American Sniper, Moore tweets the
following:
My uncle killed by sniper in WW2. We were taught snipers
were cowards. Will shoot u in the back. Snipers aren’t heroes.
And invaders r worse
Obviously talking out of his a$$ because his mouth should be too
smart to utter such stupidity.

Most people with a brain already knew that Michael Moore is a
moron.
He is jealous of this movies success. Because his movies are so
terrible.

Correct Snickers. American Sniper made more in it's first
weekend than all of Moore's movies combined. Chris Kyle was a
Navy Seal who served four tours of duty. Michael Moore is a big
puke who...... well, is Michael Moore.

Didn't take long for the backpedaling to start:
But if you're on the roof of your home defending it from
invaders who've come 7K miles, you are not a sniper, u are
brave, u are a neighbor.

I'll agree with that but he does have a point on this one,
that's a common attitude among-st some vets. Take a WW11 US
Marine in the Pacific, as terrible as that was, it was the Jap
sniper that never let them take their guard down, even for a
second. When your buddies die just for walking 15 feet away to
take a $hit during down time, the sniper that took him out is
not highly respected.
Even our own snipers, like special ops guys are not always
highly regarded. They come onto our base camps, demand support
and never reciprocate. Sleep off in a corner hootch, only hang
with themselves. Operate independently, demand to know exactly
what we are doing but never offer up what they are doing.
Prolly best to compare them to field goal kickers, important to
the team but treated suspiciously and kept at a distance.
The Brits even classify sniping as psychological warfare that
induces terror into the enemy.

That may very well be true. However the people expressing this
opinion, as you clearly state, are vets. It's a been there done
that kind of thing. Moore, who hasn't been has no right to be
calling anyone who has served a coward. Especially a Navy Seal
who has served his country honorable through four tours.
It seems the far left continues to squirm through the success of
this movie with the near record breaking attendance. Moore
continues to try to make himself relevant by tweeting "What
would Jesus do".
Howard Dean states that those attending te movie are "angry" and
are probably in the Tea Party.
That well know leftists Bill Maher calls Kyle a "psychopath
patriot."
Why is it a sniper is considered a coward yet pilots and those
that operate drones hundreds of miles away, (or those that order
these strikes for that matter) aren't?
Seriously, any movie that has the left so up in arms has to be a
must see!! :D

Well Bill, which one is it? If a patriot is defined as one who
puts everything aside for his country how can he be a
psychopath? A psychopath is someone is someone void of any
empathy for anyone other than himself. These two concepts are
mutually exclusive.
It has been theorized that the following demonstration can
screen out psychopaths. While the method is far from foolproof
it is still kind fun to watch.

Trolly, I agree with you 100%. That fata$$ Moore has NO RIGHT to
judge someone who has put their life on the line for the service
of our country.
I consider myself a liberal (not so for the first 20 years of my
adult voting life) but I applaud the success of this movie. I
feel the same disdain for the people who are calling this
soldier names as I had for the "peace-loving" college students
who called the soldiers of Vietnam baby killers, from the safety
of their dorm rooms.
I enjoy Bill Maher's show for the most part. But he crossed the
line after 9/11, and he's crossed the line now.
