       Pelosi accuses media of sexism

That of course is the usual liberal reply when asked a question
that she doesn't like. Notice here how Pelosi takes credit for
the Democrats rise to power but takes zero credit when asked
about their recent defeats. If you get a chance to catch the
video I highly suggest it. Must see tv!! Prattling on and on
       making little sense.

       > Nancy Pelosi isn't pleased with the media.
       >
       > The California Democrat and House minority leader chastised
reporters on Thursday for asking her when she would retire and
called out Time magazine for skipping over female achievements
in Congress. Pelosi said the magazine featured incoming Senate
Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and House Speaker John Boehner
on the cover when they won big majorities, but did not featuring
her after her election as speaker. Pelosi was the first woman to
       ever hold that job.
       >
       > “[W]hen we won the House — and that was largely an initiative
that I started around 2000, to take us to a place where we would
win the House — that was a big thing. I was never on the cover
of Time magazine, even though I was the first woman to be
[speaker]. Isn't that a curiosity?” Pelosi said during a news
conference on Capitol Hill. “Republicans win and Boehner is on
the front of Time magazine. Mitch McConnell wins and he is on
the front of Time magazine. Is there a pattern here? But as a
woman, is there a message here? Is there something that we're
       missing?”
       >
       > She also criticized a reporter for asking when she would
retire from her post as minority leader, saying it is never
       asked of her male colleagues.
       >
       > "When was the last day that any of you said to Mitch
McConnell, when they lost the Senate three times in a row ...
‘aren't you getting a little old, Mitch? Shouldn’t you step
aside?’” Pelosi quipped. "Have you ever asked him that question?
I don't understand why that question should even come up. ... It
just is interesting, as a woman, how many times that question is
asked of a woman and how many times that question is never asked
       of Mitch McConnell.”
       >
       > This is not the first time Pelosi has taken offense to
questions about her tenure in the House. In 2012, she accused a
reporter of making an issue of her age when asking about her
       leadership team. She’s now 74.

Q: Why do you suppose that was?
A: neither of us knows. Could be a simple editorial decision,
could be the result of sexism. I can't prove either one, can
       you?

I see it was Luke Russert who ask her the question about
retiring, Is there really any question at all that the only
reason he has a job in the media is because he is riding on his
fathers coat tails? I think most high schools reporters have
       more talent than he does.

Neither can Pelosi so why bring it up. This is an ongoing meme
by the party of the victimized. Desperate times calls for
       desperate measures.
There have been calls and speculation about both Reid and Pelosi
to step down. To mention this however would have ruined a long
       rambling manufactured talking point.

She's not entitled to her opinion or to voice it? According
to TS, people may now speak only when they have hard evidence to
       support what they say? :D

Nice straw man. I was just pointing out the obvious talking
points from the party of the victimized.
If you're against the Presidents policies you're a racists.
If you're against government funded contraception or abortions
you're waging a war against women.
Against illegal immigration. Yup a racists again.
Ask if Pelosi is going to retire after a thumping at the polls,
you're a sexist. Nevermind the same thing has been talked about
with Harry Reid, an old white man.
Democrats need to learn, this just ain't working anymore.

Yeah, life is a lot easier when you only have to worry about
"Job Creators" being victimized. Dare speak ill of the wealthy
and you'll be called an anti-success, anti-job socialist.
The Dems just expand that stupid tactic to ...well...everybody
       else, lol.
