We probably hack Chinese infrastructure, I don't doubt it. I
know Cisco, Intel and others put NSA backdoors in some of their
products destined for China.
They did the same with some US products too, but that's another
thread for another day :D
Much of our infrastructure is privately held, especially
power generation and distribution.
Power companies used to use point-to-point data links for
communications and control. Very secure but it's a recurring
expense. Quite a few have abandoned those secure links in favor
of monitoring/control over the public internet. It's less
secure but pads the profit margins.
And they rely on "security by obscurity", hoping nobody knows
they're there. In many cases they sit wide-open.
There are no laws requiring private corporations harden their
communications links and thus far little downside for them not
doing so. One day there will be a disaster....

Yes she is, yet everyone else talks about her more than her
employer does, and it's not because of what she does on Fox.
