       I really don't know enough about education to have an opinion on
       Common Core itself.  What I don't like is it did not take long
       for the Feds who have very little skin in the game to butt in
       and essentially require Common Core in order for them to send
       our tax dollars back to us after, of course, taking their vig.,
       IE. "race to the top".

       Much like their "feed your students X, Y,and Z for lunch or
       you'll lose your federal subsidies". Never mind the fact many
       students don't like X, Y and Z so they aren't eating at all.
