While this Obamas fault for this and so much more.
Obama being in office is the democrats fault.
This should be remembered on election days for decades to come.

Exactly what country are we closer to now than when Obama took
office?

I haven't heard talk of European countries issuing arrest
warrants for the president yet, unlike the predecessor
who-shall-not-be-named. Is that an improvement?

No it's not. But let's take a closer look at this claim of
arrest warrants shall we?
The meme on social media said that Bush and Cheney are
"unable to visit Europe due to outstanding warrants." The claim
that there are "outstanding warrants" is flat wrong. And while
it’s theoretically possible for a national court to issue an
arrest warrant against either man, as was done with Pinochet,
there is no sign of that happening. We rate the claim
False.
It appears that claim is nothing more than Facebook drivel.

Erm.... I said I haven't heard talk of it, not that warrants
were ever actually issued.
Criminal complaints were lodged against bush in several foreign
countries including Canada and Switzerland, Bush took them
seriously enough to cancel visits.
What similar has happened to Obama?

(Reuters) - Former President George W. Bush has canceled a visit
to Switzerland, where he was to address a Jewish charity gala,
due to the risk of legal action against him for alleged torture,
rights groups said on Saturday.
Bush was to be the keynote speaker at Keren Hayesod's annual
dinner on February 12 in Geneva. But pressure has been building
on the Swiss government to arrest him and open a criminal
investigation if he enters the Alpine country.
Criminal complaints against Bush alleging torture have been
lodged in Geneva, court officials say.

So sure, the world hates Obama. But guess who they hated worse?
In that respect it's an improvement.

Oh Rapids were to begin? ???
Are you aware of another Ex President that was tried and
convicted of War Crimes? BILL CLINTON! :o
Remember Bosnia? They did that for invading and sending bombing
raids on that country.

You consider that an improvement in relations? Look around
Rapids, we do not have one close ally. Not one. Obama hasn't
forged any kind of relationship with any world leader. This is
rare for any leader. But then again, he hasn't forged any kind
of relationship with any member of is own government either.

Yes, I do. Not much of one granted, but it's a small
improvement. You are correct that no world leaders really like
Obama. But they do not consider him a criminal, as several did
our last president either.

So they don't hate Obama as much so they have better relations.
OK, if that's your final answer. I think you'll find, if you
look hard enough you'll find some countries Bush had a
reasonable relationship with now detest Obama so I think that
cancels your theory out. The Saudi's are one example, Israel,
Great Britain, Putin another. Then there's that tapping of
Merkel's phone...
The fact remains, Obama has forged zero close relations with
anyone. We do not have one close ally right now, not one
country here or abroad. This so called 60 country coalition put
together to fight ISIS is nothing but a paper tiger.

I'm not sure that being liked is that important to the worlds
most powerful man, it's if they will do what you ask. This
Ebola thing in Africa, just my opinion, but I think any other
recent President would have put the squeeze on every other
country with a phone number and the Worlds contributions would
be much much higher.

Your first line sums up the problem in a nutshell. If he did
care he would be liked. If you like somebody there's a very
good chance you'll respect them. When you like and respect
somebody there's a very good chance you can do a pretty
reasonable give and take. Obama's a very eloquent orator. If
he were liked and respected he could do great things. This was
the reason he got the Nobel Peace Prize. Unfortunately for him
he has the heart of a Chicago politician. It just took a while
for many to see that.
I also agree with your last part. If he had a decent
relationship with other countries I think we would see not only
cash but manpower flowing into Africa to help with Ebola. Right
now....not so much. The best Obama has to offer on this front
is to try to guilt other countries into participating. That
rarely works.
