I guess it would depend on what "National news" you're listening
to. Even MSNBC is starting to concede defeat but time will
tell. Pelosi is talking about losing more seats in the House
making a take over in 2016 even more unlikely. I'd love to see
Republicans take the Senate for one reason only. It would force
the President to actually make decisions on legislation. Bills
would actually move through the Senate for a change and end up
on Obama's desk instead of Reid running interference for him.
I'm afraid, seeing how indecisive he's been regarding pertinent
issues facing the country today, that he isn't up for the task.
However, he'll no longer be able to blame a "do nothing
Congress". 380 + bills on Reids desk waiting for action (many
bipartisan). Put Republicans in charge and you'll see something
get done on these. Democrats in charge for another two years
will see more of the same ole same ole. It's hard for a
President to vote present. Especially when he hasn't been.

No, I'm talking about a CBS News report from the other night
that focused on the Wisconsin Gubinatorial race...

The latest Marquette University poll has Walker up by seven
points, which by poll standards is a pretty solid lead. IMO the
"national news" networks, and it doesn't matter which one,
intentionally keeps their numbers tight to keep people tuning
in. Or you could say that Walker opened up a wider lead after
Obama came to town. Take your pick.

Thank God. Problem is no matter which one wins, we lose.
