I think it's a crock. 30+ years later? The guy was 72 years
old. Not a youngster.

Weird legal technicality, but makes sense in a convoluted way.
Of course, if we use Trolly logic, where a president is
responsible for the consequences of his every action or
inaction, no matter how indirect, Reagan would be guilty of that
murder.
