       I'm not an expert but I'll tell you what I've been told.
       Trailers are already a couple of feet off of the ground.  A
       buddy of mine who livers there in a trailer for five months out
       of the year says his trailer must be anchored to the foundation,
       it's a law.  He lives inland so water isn't a problem and his
       trailer has held up quite well.
