This is crazy. Your thoughts?

Not as crazy as it sounds. It seems especially helpful for
teaching autistic children basic social skills.
10 million over a span of 5 years might seem like a lot of
money, but for a study of this scope its really not
unreasonable.
Compared to the $50 million wasted by the house GOP in
meaningless Obamacare repeal votes and the 10 million per month
wasted by Rick Perry's border posturing, its chump change (and
at least someone is helped by it).

Securing the border is "border posturing"? Another liberal
talking point. Pull your head out of Obama's ass for a change
and look at reality. These illegal alien children are costing
us $ 50,000 a head at this point if the legislation goes
through. Don't you think spending that money on our own would
be better than spending it on others? We can't even spend that
money on our own vets. Stop spitting out liberal talking points
and think for yourself for a change.

Straw man. It wouldn't be spent on our own people regardless.
And yeah, all Perry is doing is posturing. The illegals will
just change route. You have to secure the ENTIRE border to be
effective, not just a few miles of it.

[/quote] I've never heard of the strawman question before.
That seems to be a new one.
If we aren't spending it on legal protection, housing and
feeding illegals, where do you think it would go?
They will have to change the route several hundred miles. The
Texas border is immensely more than "a few miles" If you don't
think this we be any kind of deterrent that's fine. I'd like to
think you have enough common sense to know better. Look at the
results the last time they did this.
Maybe you can answer the question I know F will run from. What
harm will come from adding more boots to the ground at our
border? It needs to be done, Obama won't do it. What we had
there in the past has been redirected to babysit leaving our
border even more porous.
