       Just as strong an argument could be raised against Judge
       Griesbach. ;)
       "Cannot claim to be injured" is rather flippant when you
       consider "what happens when injured people cannot be plaintiffs
       because they are injured to the point of being unable to pursue
       a case?"
       Furthermore, I wonder if this judge would have made such a
       ruling had the knowledge of that "other" Federal Court ruling
       about the 36 states been in play. :o ???

       Nah.  Johnson has no standing to sue because he isn't the
       affected party.  You cannot sue over damages done to someone
       else.
