Also celebrating the prospect of many Americans losing their
insurance or their rates going way up due to some legal

I guess you haven't been pay attention.
Everyone who had insurance now have their premiums going up
because of this scam.
Also losing their Doctors and previous coverage.
Oh but to hell with them..... Right?
But what aren't they Americans too?
Been reports coming now that thousands upon thousands of
illegal aliens getting free health care through Obama care. But
hey they aren't Americans.

Sorta not really the same thing, but okay, lets go with that.
It's not that bad when you consider that the GOP has been
throwing everything and the kitchen sink (including a government
shutdown) at Obamacare and they STILL haven't accomplished their
goal. Consider also all the court cases that Repubs have thrown
against Obamacare, and how almost all of them were shot down.
To be fair, maybe its not that Obama is all that great, but that
today's Republicans are just completely inept when it comes to
getting anything over on Obama. Given the amount of "scandals"
they've claimed vs the amount of results they've produced, I'd
lean towards the latter.
Especially if you consider that despite their best efforts the
president does manage to make progress, not to mention being
elected to a second term even though it was the top goal of
congressional R's.

Yes, because screw all the people because relatively minor
inconveniences of a minority.
Yeah, there are some serious flaws, but these lawsuits aren't
about fixing those flaws, its about trying to throw enough
monkey wrenches into the works so that Republicans can crow
"see? its not working! (nevermind that we are the reason its
not working) its time to repeal and replace go back to the way
things were!"
because that was totally working just great.

It appears, the only legal shenanigans going on here are by the
Obama administration. The court ruled against him. What's
shenanigans is trying to have people received supplements that
aren't supposed to be.

What Snickers has described here is more of these "legal
shenanigans" you talk about. Illegal aliens aren't to be
covered by the law. Being a minority has nothing to do with it.
Being an illegal alien has everything to do with it.

It's not working, at least it's not working the way it was
promised to work. Health care costs are not coming down. The
price of insurance isn't decreasing. You can't keep your
doctor, insurance, hospital period. A minor inconvenient fact
you keep overlooking.

The many court cases the Obama administration has lost kinda
emphasizes the ineptitude of the Obama administration and the
current DOJ. Also you're right. Given the current state of
affairs around the world and Obama's lack of response to any of
it has not only shown that he "isn't all that great, but he's
already checked out and has accepted his role of "lame duck".
As far as Republicans being inept, "to be fair" any prosecutor
will tell you, it's hard to put any kind of case together when
evidence disappears, is missing, is covered up, or your witness
pleads the 5th, or when you can claim executive privilege.

fallacy abuse. Actually, also number one with know-nothings in
the conservative opinion market machine.
Whenever I hear you fall back on that (every topic) I just read
it as "I cannot possibly win using reason, wit or logic so I'm
going to hide behind a phrase I barely understand and often
misuse."

So, now that the gangs all here, why not explain to me how that
ruling is in any way a good thing for the American people in the
36 states that would have been CRUSHed by massive rate hikes?
