Yeah you heard that crazy right wing nut Diane Feinstein stating
the president violated the law...... Oh wait she is the
democratic chair of the Senate Intelligence committee and she
also claimed the president violated the law. OOOPS on your part
there F
The point your little mind seems unable to grasp is that there
are protocols and rules in place for the release of prisoners
from Gitmo. The president chose not to follow those rules. But
I guess all long as its a democrat breaking the rules you have
no problem with it, nice job hypocrite.

you really don't know jack, Jack.
Yes, the law was broken. You have that one thing right. I
never said otherwise.
My main point is that Republicans were for it before that were
against it, and predictably change their stance to be against
anything the president wants to achieve, even if its something
they say they want.

Oh so the president broke the law, NO BIG DEAL. But I believe
some Republicans are flip flopping BIG DEAL.

What you in your vast ignorance seem unable to grasp is the fact
that while many people may have wanted Sgt Bergdahl released and
felt that the president was not doing enough violating the law
was not the correct way to go about it. Is that simple enough
for you to understand?

Nice way to set up the straw man F. But if it wasn't for the
straw man argument you wouldn't have an argument at all. As was
pointed out so eloquently to you previously, people didn't want
five extremely dangerous terrorists released to get him home.
The link you provided mentioned Jessica Lynch. How many
terrorists were traded for her? Even members of the President
own party aren't happy with his actions. That must be the right
wing part of the democratic party I assume. Didja hear the town
where Bergdahl lives cancelled the welcome home party? Buncha
right wing nuts!

I haven't said it was a big deal or wasn't...I haven't commented

Well we agree on that. With the wingnut media crucifying him at
every turn with hateful conjecture I'm sure the more hateful
elements would have turned up at the event en mass to spit the
kind of bile we've come to expect from them (sorta like what we
saw from the gun nuts with the survivors and victims of Sandy
Hook.)

So you're calling MSNBC part of the wingnut media now? Or
pretty much 99% of the media? Your list of acceptable sources
must be growing narrower by the day. I'm not seeing many
people, or news outlets happy with the presidents handling of
this whole affair.
What you also fail to comprehend is the news outlets are doing
their job and reporting the news. The people who are really
crucifying Bergdahl are his fellow soldiers. You know, the ones
who were actually there. The ones who put their lives on the
line looking for his sorry a$$ after he deserted. But what do
they know right? I'm not sure why the obvious is so lost on
you.

incorrectly see as hypocrisy. What you have and continue to fail
to understand is as I said earlier. Using your idiotic logic you
can't complain about Bush starting wars in Afghanistan and Iraq,
Gitmo, or the torture of prisoners there. I would not be that
dumb to agree with that. After all I think you can be
disappointed with an elected officials lack to move on
something, without believing that then gives them the right to
do whatever they want to achieve that end, and laws be damned.
You seem unable to grasp that simple concept.

That one and many others. It's like he just forgot five
dangerous American hating men with the blood of over a thousand
people on their hands have been illegally released to kill
again. Kinda like freeing a hungry Jeffrey Dahmer.

I guess your unaware that the latest revealed cover up by the
Obama Administration. They forced the troops present at the time
Bergdahl deserted top sign non disclosure papers. Information
about the incident was with held from Congress and the public.
Now that it is coming to light opinions are changing.
