Lucky to be headed home for a LONG weekend off with the family.
Looking forward to mowing the lawn and planting the garden. Then
tonight a very good friend gave me a bottle of Dark Lord that I
shall enjoy as I sit in front of the bonfire we will enjoy.
Have a great weekend all
In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place: and in the sky
The larks still bravely singing fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.
We are the dead: Short days ago,
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,

Everyone have a nice Memorial Day weekend. And remember the
sacrifices that have been made for you.
I brought my flag out of winter storage today.
It will be up and flying every day of this weekend.

I understand Memorial day is for those fallen, we also should
think of the folk in the 829th engineers and the 121 FA who are
packing for Afghanistan today. We are at war and Wisconsin is
supporting our President.

Just a reminder for people who are traveling this summer, if you
need to use Sudafed, make sure you take it with you. I had sinus
problems traveling in Kentucky two years ago because of the
different plant life growing in that state. I was unable to
purchase medication, even with identification.
