Which explains why non-business friendly California and
Minnesota have gone from being tied with Wisconsin (pre-Walker)
to Kicking "Open for Business" Wisconsin's behind.

There is no iron clad correlation other than the one you just
made. Some people just seem to have inherited that dominant
gullible gene.

economics have worked to build the economy.

That would call for me to jump to the same phony conclusions
that you just did. If I wanted to engage in your typical
partisan pettiness I could say that this article shoots your
argument in the ass.
But then again, in your next post you'll state the source isn't
good enough, or the author, or the poster or........

Yay, we're beating some (not all) Dem states in some
theoretical "Economic Competitiveness Rankings". Which means
absolutely nothing in terms of real jobs created, real economies
or actual business growth.

That's exactly the point I was trying to make. It's all
theoretical. There are other factors that need to be taken into
consideration as well. It's a little hard when unions fight new
job creation at every turn and democrats fight new jobs in the
state eg mines.
I still do find myself chuckling however. When people start
talking about unemployment and how Obama claimed unemployment
was supposed to be so much lower than it is now people will
quickly reply government doesn't create jobs. When talking
about Walkers inability to provide the jobs he's promised it's
all his fault.

Yeah, pointing the finger while giving your own guy a pass is
pretty much SOP these days. Same folks who were making hay of
Obama's unemployment/stimulus promises will probably give Walker
a pass on the 200K jobs promise. And I'll be the first to admit
that's a two way street, not restricted to either group.
It annoys me because if people dropped the partisan nonsense and
looked at ideas objectively we might actually get somewhere.
Instead we cheer on and double down on failed ideas because not
doing so would be an admission the other guy was right. Heaven
forbid.
