       That phrase in different forms has preceded some incredible
       injustices to the constitution, lol.   Spying on our own
       citizens for example.  "If you've done nothing wrong.......
       You know how the game works.  Throw a lot of mud and hope some
       of it sticks.  Guilt or innocence has little to do with it.
       (in this case I believe there is guilt, but if there were NOT,
       the scenario would play out exactly the same way)
