Isn't it nice that you can come to this site and post your
opposing views without being personally attacked for them?

It was based on cherry-picked intelligence, TS. The decision to
go in had already been made, the supporting "facts" were then
custom-assembled.
Most members of Congress who voted for the invasion were NOT
aware how severely the intelligence presented to them had been
massaged, nor were we the general public until it was past the
point of no return.

Nobody with any form of intelligent thought doubts there was
(and is) a coverup going on. But that isn't really the larger
point.
The larger point is that this stuff keeps being used for
political fodder instead of taking a non-partisan approach to
cleaning up government across both aisles. That's why nothing
ever changes and we keep getting president after president who
manipulates, distorts and lies.
Only HALF the country at any given time is concerned about it.
For anything to really change, we need ALL the country to be
concerned...and that means dropping the partisan act and
condemning your own guy when appropriate.

Rather flippant comments Rapids60 even by your standards. Funny
how the same people who want people to "move on" from Benghazi
want "justice for Travon Martin.: I could go on but what is the
point? Obama is crook the likes of which Washington has never
known before and the legacy of his evil might not end with him.

So you see the problem, lol. The way things are today there
really is no point. The goal is political gain, not real
reform or justice.

I again find myself laughing hysterically at the blatant
hypocrisy of the democrats latest attack on republican. They
state the select committee is just election year politics. What
they fail to mention is the committee is
investigating............. (wait for it)
The democrats election year politics from 2012. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

If we're doing a forum pool on the results, put me down for $10
on every republican on the committee finding wrongdoing and
every dem finding nothing.
Maybe we could just save the taxpayer's money and call the
results now? ;)

It is all about protecting KILLary Clinton's election bid.
She has the blood of those four Americans killed in Benghazi on
her hands. She was in charge of the State Department.
All those numerous requests for more security leading up to the
attack..... She ignored them.
The cries for help that night... She ignored them. No attempt
was even made to send help.
The Democrats will protect her at all costs.
