       For $550 million you can get a few Bucks

       By now you have should have heard that Herb Kohl is selling the
       Milwaukee Bucks for $550,000,000 twenty nine years after paying
       $18,000,000 to buy them in the first place. :o
       As part of the deal, Kohl will donate $100,000,000 if the new
       owners donate an additional $100,000 towards the construction of
       a new arena to replace the Bradley Center, a place the NBA has
       deemed no longer viable as a facility past the 2019 season. The
       odd the thing is, it was only 26 years ago that the Bradley
       Center was built as a state of the art building for the NBA's
       needs now it it obsolete ???
       So what? It has already been announced that construction costs
       will exceed the $200,000,000 so guess who is going to be asked
       to cough up another $100,000,000? Hint: You can ask Mr Steve ;)
       In summery, $250,000,000 for a building that might only last 25
       years? That is $10,000,000 a year every year and no building at
       the end. :P
