       Spiritul heart

       Is my spiritual heart felt or lived?  Feeling life in all realms
       and the different stages, be it may reincarnation or our now.
       Is a wonderful moment to be able to go back and see where the
       error began.
       When in a state of focus on the feeling of Love.  A heart felt
       wanting to be Loving.  You may heal yourself first,  in the
       state of Love of self, before you are able to aid others in
       healing awareness.

       cultivating a true love of self is much more about the simple
       choices I make in each moment than I had previously realized.  I
       thought I loved myself until i started to learn the Truth about
       Love....now I am learning and loving a little bit better.
