       Experimenting with The Prayer

       I have lost my way very often in this process.  I recently found
       my way back by playing with the words of The Prayer to make it
       more personal to me.  I found it really useful because in order
       to change any words I had to really think and feel about what
       The Prayer is saying.  It became a very emotional process,
       highlighted again the things I am resisting, the things which
       are blocking my progress.  I am reading it morning and night in
       a present sort of way, something I struggled to do with the
       original, mainly because I don't feel the truth of it all in my
       heart.  I see it as a way of focusing and highlighting where I
       am stuck and saying it in a way that sounds more like me. I
       thought others might it find it a useful exercise.
